57 and 46 help

Second time posting here - last time it really helped so I'm back!

I have been offered a flat (after waiting 6 years to move) but there are some negatives such as having to give up my current tenancy status as this one is on a different type of tenancy.

I've had very mixed feelings about whether to take it as the rent is higher than it would be if it was on my current tenancy type. Since being offered it a few days ago I've gone from feeling excited to really miserable and confused about what to do (particularly in such uncertain times what with Brexit and not knowing what is to come especially when it comes to housing etc).

I did a reading to find out what the outcome would be if I took the flat and got 57 with a 9 in the fifth place and a 9 in the sixth. It then changed to 46.
I have been reading and reading these over and over and I feel confused about whether it seems positive or negative - I feel like some parts relate to both good and bad but don't really have enough experience to understand it fully.

Any help on this would be much appreciated - I am feeling rather lost!
