I have been looking to rent out my flat for a few weeks, and have been seeking advice from IC about accepting offers. I already turned down a previous offer for which I had cast 56.3.
This is a new offer which looks good on paper, the only drawback is that they want to move in over 6 weeks from now, which means leaving the flat empty and running up costs for a long time. But there is no guarantee I will find comparable tenants who want to move in earlier.
I asked "what about accepting this tenancy offer? And cast : 63.6>37
63 mission accomplished / already over
63.6 I always took this to mean: "run, don't look back". And there is a warning of danger of getting in over your head. If it were a question about a past romantic relationship for example, i wouldn't consider it auspicious. I would read it as "it's over, move on, don't turn back".
But Im not sure how to read this:
A) "walk away, turn this tenancy offer down, it will bring nothing but trouble" or
B) "don't bask in former glory, just because you got several offers in the past doesn't mean it's easy, take the offer, and get on with your life".
What's more, if I turn this perfectly good (on paper) offer, my estate agents will start wondering what is wrong with me!
Any thoughts welcome!
