I've been participating in a spiritually-oriented, personal growth group for a couple of years. Lately, I've been feeling a lot of mental resistance to continuing. I don't question the group's integrity and I haven't had any bad experiences, but I do question the time and cost in terms of value to me. Making changes can be difficult for me and I tend to second (and third) guess my own impressions, so I am trying to assess if my resistance is an inner guidance or just reactive.
I asked for a comment on the advisability of my continuing to participate with the group and got 13.3.5.6 (Fellowship with Others) > 51 (Shock.)
