"In the eighth moon pitfall"

I have a reading about timing: "Is this a good time to contact x" (an old friend who i've fallen out of touch with. His brother, who i'm in touch with sporadically, discouraged a visit overall a while back but hasn't said "you really shouldn't")

45.1.2.4.5>19.

It looks fairly encouraging, even if it might call for some error aversion, or a need to find fu before the harvest.
Except... The pitfall in the eighth moon of hexagram 19's judgement text... Wait a minute, isn't that right around this time of year (August/September)?

This is the point in the lunar calendar when yang ceases rising and yin overtakes?
So maybe better to be dynamic than reciptive? But... I'm unsure of any other possible symbolic interpretation. I'm tempted to read it literally.

Timing for me creates a lot of anxiety. I always want to delay things so that I have more time to ready myself, but I have worries about missing windows of opportunity (in this case, may or may not be unfounded: he's in town now, I don't know how often he will or won't visit after this). and balancing these against a desire to keep things "pure in potential" to borrow a phrase from Hilary.

I don't really know whether to think about the eighth moon literally, or what. It's come up a couple of times in the last weeks (in one reading very early in the month I saw it more as a call to immediate action; better get this done before September).

Right place, wrong time?

Wrong planet, three hours late? Or what?
