Am I hitting a weight loss plateau? 53.2.6 to 48 and 30.3.6 to 51

I am 20-30 pounds overweight. For the first few weeks, I was able to lose a pound or two a day. After then, I was able to lose a pound or two a week. Whenever I lose a pound, I can expect to gain two pounds before losing three pounds. For the past two months, I was able to lose 33 pounds. For the past week, I was able to reach 195 pounds, but it is hard to lose another pound.

What is my current progress in my weight loss? 53.2.6 Gradual Progress to 48 The Well.
