I have employed a replacement caregiver for my elderly mother. My older domestic staff seem to be ganging up against the financial terms of the temporary help and I feel like I am being/and have been played by my housekeeper, Bahadur of 15 years. I feel he is instigating and creating new expectations. I depend a lot on him in terms of running and looking after my home. My question was:

I am feeling anxious about interpreting this is my gut says it is saying I should change my entire staff. The uncertainty of being able to manage my dog and the house without Bahadur is very stressful. On the other hand I also feel it is saying keep the destination in mind and wait?
