arson last night - shall I move out?

due to financial and housing difficulties I am forced to live in a cute but not that safe neighborhood. the area never had any bigger problems until two months ago someone set a fire to the bins next to the apartments and one car caught fire too. This was a good dozen of meters from my flat. Last night around 2AM a sudden spike of fear made me wide awake. As I sleep on the other side of the ground floor apartment I curiously went to the living room to check if all was ok and a sudden sound of crackling fire and smoke hit my nose. I ran to the front door and saw a car burning on the right side belonging to my neighbor. Looks like the arsonist hit again this time I could literally smell the fire. It was scary. I asked how should I behave facing this event and got hexagram it is interesting to receive the same hexagram twice (23) and depending whether the second hexagram depicts future or depicts current relating situation I would interpret it differently. if it is relating it means that the worst has passed, but if it tells the future then something worse will happen (another fire, this time of apartment doors? break in?) after that I asked if I should move away in May when my lease is outthis sounds somewhat positive maybe it depicts story of sharing with other people as I am not able to afford anything closer to the city on my ownor shall I stay here for another year?this is saying that the large fruit is not eaten but says the evil brought his own demise, so it also sounds okay like a new cycle starting?
