Applying for job - help needed 36.1.5>39

hello! I am currently stuck in job that is not very good for me due to middle management lacking vision and I feel I am wasting my talent. My health is recovering due to illness I had since last November so I still do not feel completely well. I have recently met with a colleague that I like and I can trust. She is working for better company and could refer me when I apply there. This is a very big corporation and I wasn't thinking about going there when looking for a new employment as I do not like big offices. I have asked oracle if I should apply there now and got Then I asked shall I first wait until my illness will be one hundred percent healed and then apply there and receivedFinally I asked if maybe I should wait for a better position more suitable for my language skills to be posted in that company and apply only then. I got this So this says about a well being rebuild and sounds good, but the first two lines not so much.. I was very confused as none of the castings felt to me promising significantly good change... So I asked maybe I should stay at my current place? And got I dont understand why is this sounding the best out of all of them? I apologize for posting so many castings you dont need to depict every single one to me just point me towards the one that is the most promising, maybe I am missing something here?thank you for your help have a great day Anna
