Migraines 5.1

Never having had migraines before, I got one in July and have just had another, late September. I'm a terrible hypochondriac anyway and this kind of thing really freaks me out. It's been a v stressful few months while I leave the teaching profession which I've been in all my adult life, and I've also had recurrences of some autoimmune conditions which are basically under control but which flare with stress. What will happen with my migraines? Hex 5.1 to 48.
