I would like your help for one more time:hug:
I expect a best friend next month to come and visit me. I have already invited him to my house but he doesn't seem sure that he will come. The last time he was here was 3 years ago. (he must cross the sea)

So my question was if he will travel to come and meet me in October.
63, lines 1 and 3 to 8
Hexagram 63 shows that somebody has already cross the river/sea, so perhaps 'yes' he will travel?
I am not sure of course. It seems like the fox has crossed the river but it gets its tail in the water and stops... Hmm Perhaps I should stop pushing him to come?
Line 3 makes me believe that he will come eventually (it will be 3 years from his last visit)
8 If he will come we will finally meet each other.

Overall, I believe he will travel, but I am not sure... Line one confuses me a lot.
