Hard times and Hex 39.2 to 48

Hello, all,

I’m going through a very difficult moment in my life: financial problems, friendships that are abruptly coming to an end and also health issues.
I’m feeling somewhat alone, although I have some people who I can count on; but it’s been very hard to overcome all of this.
I asked the oracle what’s going on in my life and what should I do.

I got 39.2 to 49.
It seems the I Ching is saying that this was supposed to happen, and that’s not entirely my fault. I kind of agree with it, since my resources to change the course seem to be none.

What else should I take as an answer from this hexagram?

And also: what question should I make to the oracle based on its first answer? Or should I just be satisfied with this one?
