Context: I already accept an offer at a tech startup with a 2-person finance team (me and CFO) and I am supposed to start this Wednesday. The current CFO advised me after I accepted the offer he will be leaving in May and I will have a new CFO who I have to report into and haven’t met. I have not met anyone at Company A and I expect the hours to be long since it’s a startup. It feels unstable in terms of expectations, hours, etc. In the meantime, tech Company B which has been around for 30 years also wants to interview Monday but has a full finance team and is closer to my house affording more time to study even though it pays less. Company A sounds like it may be better for a finance exp but way longer hours and stress.
Should I tell ‘company B’ I accepted offer at another company on the interview? (basically is it better to be transparent that I had to accept offer given it came before them or keep my mouth shut and wait for them to come back while checking out other job)

I am not sure what this line says. “Mututal helpfulness is helpful for prosperity”, so maybe its in my best interested to let him know I have accepted an offer due to the circumstances of being long-time unemployed but that I am still interested in working for his company in addition to not having met the team at the new company? The situation needs to be handled with great care but how should I proceed?
If they come back with an offer what should i do? (stick with the more unstable offer with unknown team, projects, hours, or the more balanced one close to house)

Not sure what this says on a whole. Line 1 points to having an open attitude and being humble. Line 3 and 5, I think says remain calm and detached from an outcome. Let time work its "way" into the equation.
