What would be the best current approach for me at my work? Hexagram 16.2>40

Two of my good colleagues are already leaving the job where I am in. It has very weak middle management and terrible long-term planning. Amount of negative toxic people increases as the company is cutting costs and employing people that should not be there (or maybe rather - they should, but I should not). This means I will be literally surrounded by prevalent negative people with nobody "on my side" so to say. This causes a significant amount of stress for me. I am sending new resumes whenever I see a good position but so far no luck. I tend to double my efforts with this very soon and already decided to stop the party season I was having since middle November and concentrate on this task. I asked the Oracle and received I view this casting as being somewhat optimistic :)
