I have a neighbor who has been sexually harassing me ever since I moved into my apartment building. He owns a rather large space above me and is president of the co-op board. He has frequently accosted me and made unsavory, sexually explicit comments to me. He used to come banging on my door every afternoon accusing me of banging on the walls. But I was always silent, minding my business and grieving over a terrible death.
I live on the first floor, and before my outdated window was replaced this horrible neighbor would frequently and repeatedly open my bathroom window and scream into my apartment. Then, last summer he shouldered my front door open. (The frame had already been weakened by another neighbor who came & began kicking on my door frame until he fractured something)
At the time this neighbor broke into my apartment, I was just innocently sitting at my desk in my underwear, totally taken unawares. Then I threw myself at him to attack him but he ran. Now hes written two defamatory letters against me. In one, he accuses me of being a voodoo witch who has midnight séances. False. In the other which all the other property owners signed, he accuses me of deliberately setting fire to own my apartment.
The fire in question (2015) was officially ruled an electrical fire due to faulty wiring. There were investigations by all the authorities, including the co-op board, two insurance companies, the electric company and the fire department. So both accusations can easily be proven to be totally false. The neighbor then sent one of the defamatory letters to the owner of my apartment and the other to the bureau of immigration. So i have not been awarded my visa.
I have repeatedly reported him to the police but they are hostile to me and call me some very unpleasant terms. No matter what happens to me the police have chosen not to help me. I asked why all these people have done so many evil things to me and got Hexagram 42.
I dont understand. I thought Hexagram 42 was a positive Hex or a Hexagram that points to wealth and property. But this situation is seriously toxic and dangerous. These people may have more money than me, but I would not call them wealthy. Could 42 be a reference to their rotten old apartment building which they hold so dear? Any insight?
