Will I get the apartment? Conflicting information. 8.3 > 39

I'm apartment hunting. I was shown what I think is a great place. Before I decided to submit the application I asked Yi-- what if I moved here? 34.4 > 11.

This seems auspicious to me. I got excited and came home to fill out the application before coming up against a roadblock in retrieving my pay stubs. I will have to wait until tomorrow to apply which is stressful considering how competitive finding an apartment can be. So I asked Yi-- will I get the apartment? 8.3 > 39. What?

Are these two readings not at odds with each other? I suppose they both involve an obstruction (unable to get my pay stubs to apply right away). 8.3 seems to be telling me I'm heading towards a bad union with this apartment. Or maybe it is telling me that I won't get it but if I had gotten it, it would've been a good thing (34.4). Or, maybe this is an obstacle referred to in 34.4. I'm confused. Maybe it is too soon to tell. Should I move forward with this application?

Edit: I don't really like inundating myself and Yi with questions, but sometimes I get swept away as I have with this. I did ask if I should move forward with the application. 28.5>32.
