Hi,
My family had been planning to rent a cottage in Cornwall for a week in August, and I've been saving up to cover the costs, but this past few weeks other bills have come up and sapped the savings away. Payment for the cottage is due in full in about 9 days, and I was ready to cancel it when we received a small windfall that would cover the cost of the cottage. My wife and I have been debating whether to use the windfall to pay for the cottage or to hold onto it and spend a little less on holiday, stay a little closer to home. So I cast two readings:
Should we go ahead with the cottage? 40.2 -> 16 (Release leading to Enthusiasm)
I take this to mean to look at why I want us to go, and that would be because I want my wife, who is a teach to have this holiday, which is what she wanted in the first place--a nice relaxing week away from it all.
Should we cancel the cottage booking? 51.1.3 ->62 (Shock leading to Small Exceeding)
I take this to mean that the fear (shock/worry?) of the situation is not as bad as we think, and things will be OK.
What do y'all think?:bows:
