What's his fidelity to me like? 23.5

I recently fell in love with one of my great friends and we both shared a beautiful deep romance for these past 2 weeks. Very reciprocal. We got into a difficult long drawn out argument yesterday (he couldn't see that he was being emotionaly inconsiderate to me) and he stormed off saying we were done. He proceeded in being a narccessistic A-hole that evening as I attempted to make peace over the phone. Even though he said he still wanted to be with me and loved me...he became very angry and insulting, treating me very poorly. My question was "What's his fidelity to me like?"

- I read here on this forum that 23.5 can signify various partners and that the fan yao 20 means viewing.
- I believe 23.5 may mean within the ending of a phase you're valued like a palace lady...? Like not number one but an option like a concubine.

...So please someone give it to me straight...Right after he stormed off did he immediately start to look for another girl? flirt? message? arrange a meeting? hook up?

Or is it possible this was done all mentally without initiating any real action?

He did call me 6x today and has been messaging me...I'm playing it cool until I get more clarity ;)
