There is this man in my work group. At first he showed interest-he flirted with me, I flirted right back- then the communication ceased. I feel like he likes me but maybe he's not in the right state of mind for a potential relationship (after having a long one) , or maybe he realised he doesn't like me that much; he clearly knows I like him.
