I'm brainstorming a concept for a TV series with another writer. Even though I came up with the overall concept, she has been contributing some interesting characters and ideas which fit into it nicely. Now we're at the stage of writing a "synopsis" - a week ago, I suggested that we write a few paragraphs each to see where the story organically leads. Today she said she's more comfortable if we write separate outlines of how we envision the story and review them. So I agreed and I did it.
I asked the Yi:
Will X and I be able to blend our visions together?
I got 43.4.6 > 9
Now I can't figure out whether the destructive person these lines are referring to is myself or her. Number 9 I'm guessing is referring to the short synopsis we're trying to write.
If I'm honest, I sense that there's something in her which feels creatively compromised; maybe because I've been more efficient in coming up with the core ideas... and she's not being completely honest. I too am irritated by her style of working but I've really tried to adapt to it.
Any thoughts about this reading would be great!
