A little confused on this outcome hex 3.1 to 24

I received Hex 3, line 5 changing to hex 24 when I asked the Ic about making a call to someone that I recently when to dinner with a week ago. I asked what the outcome of the call would be if I called this person telling him about land that I just found out my friend is selling.(coincidentally he had brought up he was interested in land prices/buying in the same state my friend just called yesterday to tell me she is selling hers)

I left a to the point message, ( I felt like that is what the Ic was saying this with Hex 3 line 5, keep it short and sweet a little goes a long way, a lot is disastrous. dont talk about anything else, get in get out kinda of thing)So I left the info and my friends number telling him to call her if he is interested and that was it.

The part I dont understand is Hex 24, does this mean he will get in touch or will I meet a new person and forget this guy?

Without going into it all, there is an attraction between us but he is kinda shut down and frankly complicated/nervous so i got the feeling to leave him alone and not push . I can tell pursuing him wont work that he will need to get in touch with me for this to continue, He was nervous and I over compensated even though we had fun and talked a lot I think I acted kinda pushy.
