very specific question! When he will write to me?

Hello dear people!
It's been a while since i am here . happy to see you all!

Today I asked about his feelings to me. I cut him off after what I found out was bit of
a indecent move on his part. Got 19.1 to 7

Then I asked How soon will he write to me? (as I would expect him to explain himself on the above).
and got 19.1.4 to 40!

Same 19...twice..what you guys think? will appreciate...
