Today I lost my job - it was only a short lived job but I lost it somehow.
Background: I had to do a weeks work trial which I did and last Friday they offered me a contract which I had to return by the 13th February. I hadn't signed it yet because I was just unsure whether I actually wanted the job as it was a badly run place of work.
Yesterday I spoke to the 2IC and said I had concerns about whether I fit in as I had conflict with one of the workers I had to work closely with - she said no we love you and you fit in very well please don't leave.
24 hours later the conflict with the worker escalated and she accused me of kicking her and a couple of other minor things. The owner, the 2IC, myself and the accuser had a conversation which I believed sorted things out - 20 minutes later they told me they no longer wish to employ me gave me quite a nasty letter outlining things and showed me the door....
My question is Please show me my responsibility in losing this job

Sounds like maybe I came across as arrogant and as a result I lost the job (hex 52 stilling)
