Hi, and thanks to all for being here :) Today I asked this question because in the past weeks I decided not to see for a long time my ex partner, the father of my children. We are in a good relationships, but unfortunately every time I see him, I feel very sad after. So when today he was asking me to see us for a dinner for the birthday of our son (20 years old), I said I would prefer not to see him, but see only my son for lunch or breakfast. Of course I am not sure of what I am doing. And this is why I asked if I did well...I do not think it could be a problem for my son (he is old enough, not a baby) but I am wondering if this can be good to change the problems with my ex partner...
