Bizarre 53>57

I applied for a job but didn’t get it but since then the employer has encouraged me more than once to apply for the other jobs available even going as far as interviewing me yesterday. This time I withdrew my application because I’m tied to a rental lease so it wouldn’t be financially viable for me but again the employer suggested another job which may be worth cutting my financial losses if I take it. What do I need to know about there strong interest in employing me....hexagram 53.2>57.... the only thing so can get is that they’re interested in what I’ve accomplished in my career and wish to Penetrate that to Progress my application.
