My father was a senior and established scientist for a well-known research organization. Just before he retired (two decades ago), he made a breakthrough pioneering innovation. The innovative biomedical product has benefited many patients and has been commercially very successful. However, since this happened after he retired, he was unable to partake in the success. And many of his junior colleagues were quick to take advantage of his absence and claim credit for his work. My father chose to let go and not fight this. Due to a recent change in the nomination rules for a prestigious governmental award, I was able to nominate him for the award (previously, only a government minister could nominate someone). I have the paperwork to prove that he is the primary inventor and included this information in my application for the award. But since this is an award that draws a huge number of applicants, I'm not sure how my application will be received. I'm also not sure that the awards committee will want to get involved in the complexities, and may prefer straightforward applications. My first reading threw the hexagram 21 with changing line 2. After a month, I did the reading again and got hexagram 21 again, this time with changing line 3. I'm very new to the Iching, and this reading was a big 'Aha' for me. I feel that 21 overall means that justice will prevail and there's a chance he will get the award. I'm less sure of the changing lines, but I think they mean that some feathers will be ruffled and it may be hard to combat the corrupt. Can someone please help interpret this in more detail for me?
