Job application- 40.1.5.6>10 ?

Hello, some permanent positions have been advertised where I work - I'm currently on a temporary contract, and wasn't sure if I'd be considered experienced enough for the promotion and I haven't been there very long. I asked yi if I should apply - 40.1.5.6 > 10. I haven't had this cast before but previously have drawn 40.1.3.6 > 14 for similar questions about jobs or projects that in the end I wasn't suited for (exactly as line 3 suggests) and which didn't come to fruition. The switch to line5 here seems more auspicious but I feel I must play it very carefully. Is there anything I'm missing here, that anyone else can see?
