Three years ago I asked the I Ching about some internal bleeding I had been experiencing: 9.2.6 -> 63 (https://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/frie...-63&highlight=)
One person commented that: "Line 6 for me is usually auspicious, i would agree with you that yes there is success in what you have done thus far however i would continue and follow things through. Dont rest on your laurels basically, but from line 6 you are taking the right steps."
He was right: the next morning I ended up getting rushed into hospital by ambulance to deal with the bleed, and for the past 3 years the doctors have been trying to determine where the bleeding is coming from. I've followed line 6's advice and not rested on my laurels, especially at times when doctors have been unsure what to do next. Recent test results have narrowed it down to the small bowel, which apparently is one of the most difficult organs to investigate given its shape. A recent capsule endoscopy has shown that mine is in an alarming state, so now I'm waiting for an enteroscopy appointment to determine whether any malignancy is growing there. Because of the bureaucracy of the NHS, this whole process has taken a while and nerve-wrackingly continues to do so. :brickwall:
Today I asked the I Ching about getting the bleeding and small bowel taken care of (finally?) and got 64.3.5 -> 44. I take this to mean to commit to getting it done, but don't try to make it work in a specific way. Just have the confidence to see it through. Would that be about right?
Thanks for any insight you can give. :bows:
