Work OVERWHELM 36.1.2 to 46. 50 unchanging

I am tired and overwhelmed in the midst of a phase of growth and business that is going well and promising. For about 10 years I've been running a live show company in kind of a collective hybrid structure. After years working with the wrong folks (for me) I finally have a good team. I am trying very hard to pass the baton on to them as I'd like to free up my energy in other directions. But it seems like they keep giving me things to do when I really need to DO LESS. I'm trying to figure out what I'm missing, what I need to shift to take more and more responsibility off my shoulders.
