I don't feel ready to have a new relationship this year. I busy myself with work and things I love to do.
My question was for the next year: Will I have a relationship next year 2020?

I am not sure for the answer...
It looks to be an auspicious line but it refers to "no entanglement" (no relationship?)
OR...If a man comes to me by a 'cart' (a car, an airplane, a motorbike) we will have a relationship.

So confused...
