Advice on joining the startup vs job 25.2.4.5.6>19

Hello, I will appreciate your advice on this matter. I have a choice between doing my former boss startup and/or looking for a new job. The issue with the startup: I hate the boss and some former employees he is bringing. If you check my history it’s the dude I’ve been asking since last year. I ended up working with him for the company that got shut down and he moved me onto another. He is incompetent, sometimes manic, rude, careless, egoistic etc etc. A lot is wrong in what he is doing. I don’t trust him and it gives me anxiety. As soon as the new project formed, we had a chat with the new team with a lot of brainstorming. He urged me to participate but I hated it and was on the fence. However, I need this or another job to maintain my visa in the future. While working for him I had no time and energy to search for a new job. I was happy the thing shut down and was happy to move on. However, this venture can be promising except he is a terrible leader. I had my doubts and made a few inquiries to iching over past week. However, now it feels even. More complicated because the answers are confusing. I had hopes that I can drop this startup and look for a new job, now I’m thinking maybe it’s ok to do something because I’m capable, otherwise another not so competent person is taking over and the boss is rewarding that. So I asked the following about a week ago when had serious doubts. “Advice on the startup for me” 6.1.4.5>41Somewhere in the forum I read that this means to reduce confrontation and conflict. I also interpreted it as to decrease my involvement. Later I asked “Potential for me in the startup” 8ucVery confused by this casting because I don’t like the people much at this stage, plus there is an addition that “who joins late - misfortune”. And I was not that active since the beginning vs other people (even though it’s been just a few days, I haven’t made up my mind) Today I asked “How my work at this startup now will affect me?” 43.1.4>48 This confused me as well, the 1 and 4 are negative, but 43 and 48 are positive?Seems like I won’t enjoy it but it will be ok eventually? Like “good for the resume”? Next I asked “Potential if i drop it and move on?” 23uc This very confused me, I was debating whether to listen to myself and just move on, as I wanted, from my boss long time ago, but this seems like it’s not a good option? “Advice on making my decision now? “1.3.6>58 This seems to say be active, creative, move forward but be realistic? “Potential if I just search for a better job now” 25.2.4.5.6>19 For this combination I haven’t found any discussion. (2) - “one doesn’t seek wealth” - after these experiences with my money hungry boss, I definitely look for purpose in my job vs the startup that is just for enrichment (4) just stay true to myself? (5) “Use no medicine in an illness incurred through no fault of your own. It will pass of itself.” I do have some mysterious physical pain that has not visible reasons to doctors but is quite debilitating at times…many say its psychological due to my job and immigration, so maybe that’s it(6) “Innocent action brings misfortune. Nothing furthers” so in the end the process will be unsuccessful? What does 19 then mean? “Approach has supreme success. Perseverance furthers. When the eighth month comes, there will be misfortune.” So what is the success with misfortune? 8th month, august, is exactly when Im supposed to start working also (when I get my permit renewed).So is plain job search better than staying at the startup with people I don’t respect…? I will be thankful for any inputs. It is very stressful as it is.
