The Image

Hi. I am somewhat new to the Yi and I think I have a pretty good grasp on understanding my readings. I do have a question about understanding the image. How does the image relate to my question? Is it simply an example of the type of person a particular situation requires, or should I read the image with a more philosophical approach, ie. the image is an example of a person who follows the Yi.
