Future boss and hexagram 5

Hello hello :)

I'm one of those people who tries to practice the "we shape our destiny" principle.
Today I asked Iching : What should I do to have a good future boss?
Surprisingly I got hexagram 5 unchanging. Looks like a joke to me.
Is there any hidden meaning in "patience" that I am missing :D ?
