funny Story: last night, I met an old Lady at the bus stop. She just crossed the street and came up to me, with big bags, so that I thought she was a traveller She seemed to be very desperate and carried her bag with her, with all her papers in it. She said she was prosecuted or so, bullied at her flat by a drug addict who stole all her papers, and she asked me to meet again next day.
So I just did and let it happen (asked the Yi about this: result was hexagram 8 unchanged). Today I just met her for a longer talk. She comes from the same City as I do. She suffered a lot, and still does, from politics (quite a story, or lots of stories, but I didn't understand it all, as she didn't want me anyway, whispered from time to time, several Secret Services were involved), also from chancer, and she is very Christian as well. We talked quite a bit. I actually quite liked her, even though she was nervous, and she said I was the first Person she met in the city she could just tell a bit of her Story, and I would understand.
When talking about my own little problems (unemployed, and not that Young any more, trained as an archivist, the manuscript I wrote etc.), she said I was too theoretical and I should go for more practical life, and I should change and work in medical care, and that was the only Chance I still had, and still I'd have to be quick etc., otherwise I'd probably never ever have a Job again, and that I should go to the hairdresser and wear more colorful clothes and loose a bit of weight (which is actually quite true and made me smile) and then go to Company xy (she told me which one) to do medical care.
Well, then. Is this really an option, going for medical care? I never ever even thought about this. No idea. So I asked the Yi. Hexagram 12, it says, blocked, but - 12.4 says, there is a Mandate, work with clarity - and 12.6 says to break free from blockage. Which is quite true, as I really worry a lot, which doesn't really help.
Again, the changed hexagram is hexagram 8, again. Where do I belong to?
I guess, this doesn't advise such a change, but rather seems to tell me, 12.4., there is something you have to do already, you are skilled, don't loose your mind. On the other hand - there is a Mandate, work with clarity - it might also mean: this could be quite an idea.
But I'm not so sure. I'm quite scared when it comes to work issues. I have no experience with medical care at all. Except one Thing - when I was a Student, I used to work for the film, as a comparse. They most asked me to be a Nurse, and so I walked through quite a few Hospital series.
