2 questions - try to advance towards new position at work? + bike trip?

hello all, apologies for not posting but I was very busy. Im still alive ;) I am still waiting for additional results from the tests. In the meantime I decided to concentrate on my life. At my workplace we have a new team leader and she is not so good, I might be able to move towards a more responsible position but also more stressful more working hours, probably need to stay over time and my tasks will go around quality control so other people will view me as the ''bad policeman''. It will be better paid, though. And I am so tired of stagnation and incompetent people getting promotions at that workplace. I remember also getting hex 23 line 6 when I asked about whether I should stay at my current place where I live now (its a bad neighborhood as you may remember). So it says about a disintegration but also mentions that a ''superior person receives a carriage'' so maybe it is not bad but says that there will be changes but for a better? Dissolution of old work habits for example? I chose to believe in the positive reading of this hex!My good friend plans to go on a cycling trip that is done by a charity, it is a long ride of 180 km and she invited me. I do cycle from time to time but my bike is not super expensive or anything like that. One more person is going with my friend, someone I don't like that much. It is a bit surprising because I thought it will be a good idea to ''reset'' myself but: does this means I should not go and this way avoid a difficulty?
