Is it impossible? 15-1,5-63

I am trying to figure out what Iching wants to tell me...

I was looking just to confirm that me and my ex is impossible to be together anymore, so I asked if it is impossible to be together again...
hex 15, 1, 5 to hex 63
I am confused from the answer... if he crosses the water and travel towards me and takes action to correct the situation.. will it happen?
