I am going through a bit frustrating or problematic phase in my career and Job and did the following readings, which don't seem to be good :( could you please help to interpret and maybe it will give me a new and better perspective on things.
Q1. What direction will my career take in 1H2019 (1st half 2019) : 47.5 -> 40
--- I am looking for a release from my current situation (40 as relating hexagram) and what is required is hardwork and (personal?) sacrifices to get me out of this state of oppression - sorry seems very basic interpretation and possibly incorrect, though this looks like that of current situation but I am lost on interpreting this for direction of career.
Q2. How would my Job be in 1H 2019 (or what is the prediction for my job in 1H2019) : H47 unchanging
---- Really not sure how to interpret this one, but basically it means that I will encounter problems and politics and circumstances from all sides that would isolate me, and what would get me through is only my will/commitment, my drive and constant hardwork. More like a warrior mentality. (also I have been working esp. hard these last few years so it is tough - 47 also states exhaustion, so I do feel I am now getting exhausted - physical exhaustion is there but now it's more of mental/emotional exhaustion which is making things more difficult)
Q3. What if I resign : 24.6 -> 27
- Some background on this : I have been quite frustrated lately and problems have been growing from multiple directions/levels, everytime I have asked on how to handle /proceed with my project I have got answers that I have interpreted as retreat (33), let go (40) - not unchanging reading, but that's the gist of my interpretation (sorry I don't have exact readings handy, hence I asked this, and esp. as I am on the verge of resigning). My financial condition (and that of my family) is not too great, and it would be a big risk to resign actually(I am also trying to relocate to another country, just getting started with the process)..
--- I haven't been able to understand this, though 27 states I am looking for nourishment, and 24 I would return to not sure what, but 6 is scary. From what I read in the forums this reading states about survival, so if I resign I would be fighting for survival? - does it mean I am getting frustrated unneccesarily, I should try to resolve problems in my current job, if I resign situation would be unrecoverable (in terms of neither me getting a new job easily, nor this company to try to resolve my issues and retain me) - so I should not resign.

I also have a new boss, and though he had seemed kind of nice, few days back he started to conduct meetings with my teams (initial meetings till now) - without me, this has been awkward and frankly has made me angry, these were not 1-1 or skip level meetings, but to specifically exclude me was definitely bad. So I asked how should I handle him (or this situation with him) and got 59.6 -> 29
---- Line 6 especially states:Line 6'Dispersing blood.Leave, go out and far away.Not a mistake.'what should I do :(I realize I can ask some follow up questions like, possibility of getting a new job and so on..but I thought I should first make sense of these...
