First Three Months of 2019

I am somewhat worried with what is happening with the federal government, given the partial shutdown. I asked, "What will happen in the first three months of the federal government in 2019?" My answer is 37.3.5 to 27. With the new house with progressives, I see them changing the Democrat party positively. Hex 27 meant that people will get the benefits that they were entitled to, meaning things are becoming normal.
