The shutdown is going to happen. There are several shutdowns this year. I am feeling that the congress is incompetent.I asked the question, "How will the congress go forward during the shutdown?" My answer is 44.3.5 to 64. Hex 44 is coupling, meaning there may be a compromise. Hex 64 is not yet across, meaning a deal wasn't able to be made.
