So this is continuation of my hurdle with this he pregnancy.
They couldn't persistently see the bladder in my baby. There was a lot of going back and forth on either it is a bladder extrophy (very rare birth defect) or a case of no bladder development (even rarer birth defect).
They finally saw the bladder but very small and some urine reflux back into the kidney. They also couldn't say definitively whether it is a boy or a girl more inclined to a girl. Today I got confirmation from chromosomal test that it is a boy. All of this suggest that it is a bladder extrophy:
- abnormally small bladder
- urine reflux back to the kidneys
- hard to tell genitals
I asked what I should do with h this pregnancy and received
38.1>64
I see it says that this pregnancy is a lost cause and I shouldn't "pursue" it. 64 tells me that my path in becoming a mother is not over and I will have another child.
What are your thoughts?
