deciding which of the lines should be read

Hi,
There seems to be disagreement about which lines to be read: Several commentators claim if you get 3 moving lines only read the middle one.
It seems to me it can be empirically shown that may be:) is wrong. If many people end up saying that
the third moving line ended up manifesting clearly in their future, then what other conclusion is there to draw. If it never manifest then reading the middle line only makes sense. Does anyone have exerpiernce with 3 lines AND if the third one ended up showing up? Thanks jeff
