Advice on group travel - 38 changing to 2 (lines 1,2,4 & 6)

I am a Thai Massage instructor. So I am thinking to organize a group with my students, so that we travel in Thailand next year. The plan is to see my teachers, plus going around a bit. I have never done something like that before. I am concerned of how people will like it (I 'm a bit of a backpacker...).

The Oracle gave me 38 changing to 2 (lines 1, 2 , 4 and 6 changing), on the question "Is it a good idea to organize this trip? What should I take care of"?
