Why doesn't he love me? 20.6

I am in a "situationship" with someone who is very reserved and emotionally controlled.

My question was - Why doesn't he love me. ANSWER 20.6

I don't know what this means. Maybe it means it's not for the greater good for him to?

Then I realized I was making an assumption so I asked Does he love me? ANSWER 52.2.3 this confuses me even more. Does this mean he just has sexual feelings and nothing more? Or that he is holding something back?

I'd appreciate any type of insight or interpretation.
