I am going through a rough patch at work with my boss. I asked the I Ching for advice and got 51.3 and 51.6. This is somewhat confusing to me. Shall I talk to him (as 51.3 would appear to suggest) or avoid doing so (51.6)? For any advice I would be thankful.
