34.4>11 Love. The changes comes from transmutation or the end of the relationship

Hello, i was seeing a woman for the last 7 months , the relationship became somewhat more distant in the last 3 months. Confused, i decided to consult i ching, i asked " This is an end or a transformation in my relationship with M?"So i get 34.4 mutating to 11 and i get more confusion, the text says: Nine in the fourth place means:Perseverance brings good fortune.Remorse disappears.The hedge opens; there is no entanglements.Power depends upon the axle of a big cart.If a man goes on quietly and perseveringly working at the removal of resistances, success comes in the end. the obstructions give way and all occasion for remorse arising from excessive use of power disappears.Such a man’s power does not show externally, yet it can move heavy loads, like a big cart whose real strength lies in its axle. The less that power is applied outwardly, the greater its effect.Now, my confusion is that i dont know if the words "The hedge opens" means move on or if the words "Perseverance brings fortune" means keep calm and wait patient the transformation. I do not know what meaning is the predominant in the reading. So if anybody can help me to get some clarity i gonna be very thankful in advance.
