Family reunion vs job training: 10.2.6 -> 17

I have the opportunity to do some job training that only happens once a year, but the dates conflict with a family reunion that we have been trying to attend for years. A special aspect of this family reunion is it is our only link to a family member who died tragically young many years ago, and my daughter (born last year) is his only descendent besides my husband. There are many people who would love to meet her, including several elderly people who can't travel.

Well, writing this out I answered my own question about what should take priority, didn't I?

The downsides of going are that it is a 10 hour drive away (it's a remote area so makes no sense to fly) and this job training course could be quite important...

But this is what I asked Yi:

What would be the outcome of not doing the training course and instead going to the reunion?

10.2.6-17

The 10.6's mention of ancestors' blessing is what makes me think that we really should go to this reunion, as does the 10.2's treading the easy path and 17 in general (following the flow).

Slightly earlier I asked Yi for any advice about the professional training week and got 49.1.5 -> 62 which frankly makes me want to run the other way from it. (Which goes against what I wanted to hear from Yi-- I wanted Yi to be all gung-ho about the course but it is not...)

Thoughts, anyone?
