Hex 47. Preparation (physically and mentally) in order to get scholarship award

Hello.

It is one of my hardest decision ever in my life time and I decided to study further in abroad and
my dream is to attend university in US or UK supported by scholarship award.

So I asked Iching the following question as below.

How should I prepare (physically and mentally) in order to get scholarship award?

I got answer Hexagram 47 - Oppression (Exhaustion).

I well understand that my choice is not easy but I always wanted to hear advice of Yi.

I used to check with Wilhem's interpretation.

hex 47 (The Judgement):
Oppression. Success. Perseverance.
The great man brings about good fortune.
No blame.
When one has something to say,
It is not believed.

Thus the superior man stakes his life
on following his will.



As far as I understand,
I may face adversity for preparation and if I let myself to be broken by exhaustion,
it leads failure.
I need to prepare myself well especially inner in order to achieve my goal.

I am not sure how to interpreter for my preparation but any insight of yours would be huge gift and strength for me.
