18 , lines2,3,4 changing to 35

Hi !
I asked the Yi if I was any good at writing. I got 18, changing lines 2,3,4 to 35.
I think 35 tells me I have some sort of gift, but I don't know how to read 18.
I'd be very pleased if you could help.
