Should I start working weekends? Hexagram 43.4>5

Hello all and as this is my first post in the 2018 - Happy New Year! :) Here is my situation: Tomorrow I am coming back to work after much needed holidays. Through FB work chat I've read about some news from my other teammates that we will be moved to another team leader and as some people already left the company, I would Currently the weekends are covered by others on a rotary basis, and most people want to do it because its better paid. However, I wasn't working them due to my valvular heart disease. My previous TL knew about it and it wasn't a problem. Then we changed TL once more and this situation never required any action as weekends were covered by others. But the communication in our work is pretty bad so my current TL probably doesn't even know. My condition is not very serious, just one of my valves doesn't work as efficiently as it should. Since last three years I am on a correct way of healing this condition. I won't get a heart attack or faint, I just need to rest a bit more than an average person. So I would rather abstain from working more than 5 days in a row. As this is just a gossip from some of the rather negative teammates, I asked I Ching whether I should start working weekends and received: Whether I should *not* start working weekends? After a second thought, I also asked whether I should immediately go to my current TL and talk about this situation, received: Finally, I asked if I should wait until the situation develops itself naturally: So how I can interpret this? I would say that I should wait for the situation to mature before making any action. What do you say?
