Landlord issue - Hexagram 32.4>46 sort of urgent :)

Okay, so here's the story. As part of me moving forward with my life, I've moved into a new place from a previous flat which I was sharing with my friend. I have saved enough money and wanted a good standard. I was persistent and have seen dozens of horrible overpriced flat. And scammers. But I've braced through it. Finally, seemingly out of nothing a decent place emerged from the universe ;) - a normal, clean, spacious 1 bedroom flat in good neighborhood. Price was rather high, but I went for it: landlords are a good people with good energy (one being a creator of life coaches school and his wife also being a life coach). Successful, decent people. So far so good. fast forward, after I moved in August I've soon spotted something worrying - insects. It turned out that the flat was infested with carpet beetle! Yuck! There weren't hundreds of them, but still. I've contacted landlords, and they were very receptive. They organized Rentokil and we are currently in the process of killing those monsters. :)It has to be done in 4 stages split in time, we are currently on the 3rd one. It was a burden both for me (obvious reasons + need to prepare the flat before every treatment, that is move all furniture to the middle of the floors, empty cupboards etc etc) and for them (money involved plus they need to take off from work to get in the guys from Rentokil company). Now, there was also a problem with humidity in the flat as it happens on the islands often. I am using dehumidifier to tackle it. But there's one more problem: theres an old, bamboo-looking carpet in the living room that was probably a good breeding place for all the beetles. I've suggested that it should be changed. After checking with Rentokil they said it wont matter as the beetle doesnt feed on it. However, its very hard to clean, smells bad, and its not hygienic. Also, during last days I've spotted two frigging centipedes under the corners! I've killed them, but I believe they came in (no idea how!) to feed on the dead remnants of the beetles. I've told about this to the landlord, and she was somewhat cautious with the response. But maybe I am not reading this correctly?"Regarding dead matter under the carpet, any problems should be addressed by changing to laminate flooring which we still intend to do as early as possible in the new year.Although Rentokil reiterated that there should be no need to change the carpet once full treatment is complete."Maybe I am paranoid, but is she suggesting that they are making me a favor? Well, the main point is that I am aware of the money involved in changing the floor and the de-infestation costs but come on! Vermin should NOT be in the flat. Even if it was 'only on a scale 5-6' as Rentokil guy said. Those are people with high reputation, and when asked about it I Ching adviced "being humble". So far I think I have stick to this. I am not trying to be too pushy. But also I want to feel comfortable. I like the place it is very calm and neighbors are nice. I wanted to send to my landlord an answe with something like this "I will be able to maintain the house better if I get the normal laminate flooring as it will improve overall cleanliness, ventilation and prevent condensation and mould thats regularly growing around the balcony entrance due to the carpet capturing humid air."I asked whether I should mention this in my response to her: Hexagram 32.4>46Or whether I *should not* talk about this now: Hexagram 22.3>27To be honest, I am stuck. To me both answers are inconclusive. Any advice? :)
