Buying a car

Hello!
I was looking to buy a used car , but can’t really decide which one . I dont wanna to use so much money on it but I do not want it to be cheap either , something in the between .
Has been my preference.

So I do cast with the question : Can you give me an advice on the buying of a car?

Is the i Ching telling me like I should really thinking thorough before any decision .

line 5 I dont get it , talks about something spirituality . I can only think of material thing like I should’n hang on so much on it .
